Hi, I'm Aryan
I run AnimArts — a one-person creative studio building Live2D rigs, 3D VTuber models, AI streaming bots, stream branding, and the occasional immersive Three.js website for streamers, indie game devs, and AI character startups worldwide.
It started in 2021 with a Wacom tablet and a Fiverr account. Live2D bust-shot Live2D rigs for streamers who wanted to go anonymous on Twitch. Five years later it's a full creative pipeline — but it's still one person doing the work, which is the whole point. No subcontracting. No "junior artist" actually delivering your commission. The same person who sketches the concept is the one rigging the physics + writing the bot code if you ordered one.
Most VTuber commissions die in the gap between artist + rigger + overlay designer + bot dev. Five freelancers, five contracts, five timelines, constant rework when one person's file doesn't match another's spec. I close that gap by being all of them — properly trained on every tool in the stack (Cubism Pro 5, VBridger, VRoid + Blender, Unity Avatars 3.0 SDK, Twitch / TikTok APIs, Three.js, Next.js) so the whole pipeline lives under one project lead.
My signature is rigs that hold up under stream stress: 30+ expression toggles, VBridger iPhone face tracking, breast / hair / clothes physics that don't glitch on jerky head movement, and clean enough source files that any rigger you hire later can extend the model without re-doing it. Same philosophy on 3D — VRChat-optimised + Quest-compatible, never just "looks pretty in Blender then dies in-game".

Started on Fiverr
Began with PNGTuber + simple Live2D commissions for indie streamers. One artist, one tablet, one Discord channel.
Full Live2D pipeline
Standardised on Live2D Cubism Pro 5.x with VTube Studio + VBridger workflows. Added physics rigging + ARKit-compatible iPhone tracking.
Expanded into 3D
Added 3D VTuber models (VRChat, VRoid, VRM 1.0) using Blender + Unity SDK. Started supporting full-body tracker setups (HaritoraX / SlimeVR / Mocopi).
Stream production + branding
Stream overlay packages, custom emotes, channel branding systems for OBS / Streamlabs / StreamElements. Built the complete creator-tooling stack.
AI integration + game engines
AI streaming bots (Twitch / TikTok / YouTube / Kick), interactive AI character platforms with RAG + voice synthesis, Unity / Unreal / Ren'Py game integration.
animarts.studio launch
Migrated from freelance platforms to a bespoke client portal with live project tracking, milestone reviews, and integrated billing via Gumroad + Upwork.
