Because everything connects. A VTuber needs art + rigging + overlays + maybe a website + a streaming bot. Coordinating 5 freelancers means 5 contracts, 5 timelines, 5 communication styles, and constant rework when one artist's work doesn't mesh with another's. We deliver the entire pipeline under one project lead — single brief, single timeline, single quality bar.

We started during the early VTuber boom and have grown into a full creative studio serving 500+ clients worldwide. Our work spans Live2D, 3D, AI, web, and video — all driven by the same person-led quality control.

Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5). We work with clients globally — most clients are in the US, EU, JP, KR, and SEA. Communication primarily via Discord, email, and Upwork.

Yes — for sensitive projects (unreleased characters, business platforms, IP-protected work) we sign Mutual NDAs at no extra cost on premium tiers. Lower tiers carry a $50 NDA addon.

We accept payments through two channels: (1) Gumroad checkout — secure cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay — for shop products and commission invoices, and (2) Upwork direct contracts for long-term clients who prefer escrow protection. We do not accept direct bank transfers, Wise, Payoneer, cryptocurrency, or local Pakistani payment apps; all transactions must flow through one of the two channels above.

Yes — standard schedule is 50% deposit on booking + 50% on final delivery (before source-file handover). Projects under $200 are 100% paid upfront via Gumroad. Projects over $5,000 use bespoke milestones agreed in writing (Upwork escrow recommended).

Subscription cycles (monthly video editing, AI maintenance, web hosting) are pre-paid and not refundable for the current cycle, but cancellable with 14 days notice before the next cycle. Unused video credits do not roll over.

Yes — every service has an interactive calculator that gives you an instant ballpark. We follow up with a personalised quote within 24 hours. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Tier cards bundle a specific feature mix at a fixed price. The calculator lets you build a custom configuration — sometimes cheaper, sometimes more if you add premium options. Both reflect the same underlying option prices, just different starting points.

No. Quote = final price. The only addition is if YOU change scope mid-project (then we re-quote). API costs (OpenAI / ElevenLabs) and hosting (Vercel / AWS / Render) are billed to your accounts directly — we never mark them up.

Yes — booking multiple services at once typically saves 10-20% vs commissioning them separately. The quote modal handles bundle pricing automatically when you tick more than one service.

Use the calculator on the relevant /pricing/ page, click Get Quote, fill in the contact form, submit. You'll get a magic-link tracking URL + email confirmation within minutes. We respond within 24 hours with the formal quote.

Every inquiry gets a unique reference like AA-2026-0042 + a private magic-link tracker URL. The tracker shows current status, milestones, deliverables, and your personal notes from us. You can also recover the link with your reference + email at /track if you lose it.

Each tier specifies revision rounds (typically 2-5 plus unlimited at the top tier). Additional revisions cost $30-100 / round. "Revision" = tweaks within the original brief. Major design changes = scope change = re-quote.

We pause the project until you provide the asset (PSD, footage, brand guide, etc.). Your queue slot is held for 14 days. After 14 days, we may bump the project to the next available slot.

Yes — but it's a scope change, not a revision. We'll re-quote the addition + re-baseline the timeline. Most additions can be slotted into the next milestone.

Each tier includes a support window (14-90 days) for bug fixes and minor tweaks. Major changes require new commission OR a maintenance contract ($80-500 / month).

Yes, after final payment. You receive layered PSDs, Cubism .cmo3, Blender .blend, Unity packages, GitHub repos, Premiere .prproj — whatever applies. Full handover with a documented walkthrough.

Yes — every Live2D model is tested in VTube Studio and Animaze before delivery. 3D models are tested in VSeeFace and Warudo. Specific app requirements are confirmed during scoping.

Webcam works fine for basic tracking. iPhone X+ unlocks ARKit (more parameters, better accuracy). For premium tracking (VBridger mouth detail, finger tracking) you may want VTube Studio Hand Tracking (free webcam-based) or a dedicated device.

Yes — request the Game Integration scope or addon during scoping. We deliver the model in formats compatible with Unity Cubism SDK, Unreal Cubism plugin, or web SDKs.

Drawing Only = just the character art (rig-ready PSD), you find your own rigger. Rigging Only = you provide the PSD, we add tracking + physics + expressions. Complete Live2D Pipeline = both bundled, single artist, perfect consistency.

Starter: 1-2 weeks. Standard: 2-3 weeks. Premium: 3-4 weeks. Custom: 4-8 weeks. Game-Ready: 6-10 weeks. Add 50% with rush addon (+30% fee).

Yes — that's the Rigging Only scope. Just upload your PSD with proper layer separation (head parts, body parts, hair groups, eye components on separate layers). We'll review it before quoting.

Yes — VBridger Mouth Shapes are a feature option in our Live2D calculator. We configure the model for VBridger's extended ARKit blendshape set (tongue, jaw, cheek puff, lip detail).

All available as addons: Sleep / AFK animation ($120), Walking loop ($150), Chibi version separately rigged ($600), BRB animation set ($250), Streamer pose set ($200), Anime FX pack ($150 — heart eyes / sparkle / X-X eyes / sweat).

Default: VRM 1.0 + FBX. Optional: glTF / GLB, USD (Omniverse), Unity .unitypackage, Blender .blend source. Multiple formats can be bundled.

Yes — VRChat optimisation is built into our 3D Model service. We include lilToon shader setup, Modular Avatar, AvatarOptimizer, Avatars 3.0 FX layer. Quest-strict optimisation available as addon for VRChat "Excellent" rank.

Yes — we configure for HaritoraX, Mocopi, Vive Trackers, SlimeVR, Final IK setup. Hardware not included — you provide it. Configuration + testing included in Premium tier and up.

lilToon is included by default. Poiyomi Pro shader available (requires their Patreon for the latest version). Custom shader graph (Genshin / Honkai look) available as addon.

Yes — for AI Interactive platforms and AI Streaming Bots, you provide your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs). API costs are billed directly to your account, never marked up. We help you set up usage tracking + budget alerts.

Depends on traffic + model choice. Light use (chatbot, < 1000 conversations/month): $5-30. Medium use with voice: $50-200. Production multi-tenant platforms: $500-3000. We help you choose the cheapest model that meets your quality bar.

Yes — RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is a standard feature. We set up a vector store (Pinecone / Weaviate / Postgres pgvector), index your documents, and the AI retrieves relevant context per query. Available from Custom Tool tier and up.

Yes — LoRA fine-tuning of Mistral 7B / Llama 3 starting at $1,500. We host on Modal / RunPod, you only pay GPU usage. For larger models (Llama 70B+), separate quote.

ElevenLabs voice cloning ($600 addon) — requires you to own the voice rights. We also offer Qwen3-TTS (3-second clone, Apache 2.0) and Coqui XTTS (open-source voice clone) for self-hosted options.

Yes — that's the Character Model Setup feature. Bot triggers VTube Studio expressions, VSeeFace blendshapes, or Warudo nodes via WebSocket / OSC / VMC Protocol. Multi-app bridge available for hybrid setups.

Optional — depends on your model. Local mode runs on your PC during streams (free). Cloud deployment ($800-1500 setup + your own hosting costs) for 24/7 availability with auto-failover.

Not if used per platform ToS. We comply with Twitch Bot Best Practices and TikTok Live API guidelines. Spammy auto-viewing or fake-engagement bots are different — those WILL get banned. We don't build those.

Yes — every overlay is delivered as 1-click install files for OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, and StreamElements OBS.Live. Setup walkthrough included.

Yes — emote packs for Twitch (28×28 / 56×56 / 112×112), Discord, Bttv, 7TV, FrankerFaceZ. Static or animated. Sub-emote sets with T1/T2/T3 progression available as addon.

Animated video transitions between OBS scenes (e.g. "Starting" → "Live"). They visually mask scene swaps. We deliver as MP4 / WebM with matching audio stings. Packs of 2 / 5 / 10 available.

Yes — overlays are visually colour-matched to your character if you commission the Twitch Overlay Style Match addon ($240) for Live2D models. Standard overlays match common VTuber colour palettes.

WordPress is heavy, slow to load, security-prone, and doesn't scale gracefully. We build modern stacks (Next.js / Astro / SvelteKit) that are 5-10× faster, more secure, and cheaper to host. You also fully own the source code — no plugin tax, no vendor lock-in.

You do. 100%. Source code delivered via GitHub repo or zipped archive. No license fees, no usage restrictions.

Yes — Stripe Cart (default), Shopify Storefront API, or custom cart. You set up the Stripe / Shopify account; we wire it into the site. Receipt verification, webhook handling, and tax setup all included.

Yes — Gumroad uses Stripe under the hood for card processing. Both are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the same security standard banks use. Your card number, CVV, and expiry never touch AnimArts servers. We only see your name, email, the amount paid, and a Gumroad order ID for refund handling.

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal one-click checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe (auto-fill). Worldwide buyer coverage — works in 200+ countries. If you prefer a non-card method (Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer, crypto), submit your inquiry without clicking Buy Now and we will invoice you.

Gumroad is a US-based payment platform purpose-built for digital products and creators. They're a Merchant of Record (MoR) — meaning they handle all global tax compliance (VAT, GST, US sales tax) for you, so the price you see is the price you pay with no surprise tax at checkout. They're backed by Stripe's payment infrastructure used by Apple, Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses.

VTuber commissions split into milestones, not lump-sum upfront. Default flow: (1) 50% upfront deposit to lock your queue slot and start work, (2) optional mid-draft payment after concept approval, (3) balance before final delivery. You see all milestones on a private tracker page (animarts.studio/track/AA-YYYY-XXXX) with a Pay button next to each one as we request it.

Refund policy by stage: (a) Before work begins → 100% refund of deposit, just message within 48 hours of paying, (b) After concept/sketch approved → typically 50% refund of paid milestones since labour was already invested, (c) After mid-draft delivered → no refund on paid milestones but you keep approved work-in-progress, (d) After final delivery → refunds only for verifiable quality issues (file corruption, missing deliverables, broken rig). Gumroad can also process refunds independently within 5-10 business days if you escalate through their support.

No. Both AnimArts and Gumroad have strict privacy policies. Your data is used only to deliver your commission, send order/payment confirmations, and process refunds if needed. You can request your data be deleted at any time by emailing us — we'll wipe your inquiry record and ask Gumroad to do the same.

You have standard chargeback rights through your card issuer for any online purchase. We'd obviously prefer you reach out first — in 5+ years we've never had a real chargeback because we just refund honest disputes. If you charge back without first contacting us, we may invoice the chargeback fee back to you. If we mishandled your project and you charged back as a last resort, we eat the fee. We're reasonable.

Absolutely. Submit your inquiry without clicking Buy Now (just hit Submit Inquiry instead) and we'll reply within 24 hours with an invoice for: Wise (worldwide low-fee), Payoneer (great for Pakistan/India/Philippines), Upwork direct contract (escrow-protected for first-time clients), bank transfer (PKR or USD wire), or crypto (USDT/BTC/ETH — stablecoin recommended).

Every package includes 2-5 revision rounds (depending on tier) where you can request changes within the original brief — facial expressions, motion timing, physics tuning, color tweaks, etc. We share progress at every milestone via your tracker URL so you can flag concerns BEFORE final delivery, when changes are still cheap. If after exhausting the included revisions you still want to walk away, our sliding refund policy applies (see Cancellation & Refunds in Terms): up to 75% refund if we caught the issue early, scaling down as work progresses. We have not had a "fully unhappy after delivery" client to date — the milestone reviews catch problems while they're still fixable.

Sliding scale based on actual work completed at cancellation: 100% refund if we haven't started yet (within 48h of booking), 75% during initial concept/planning (under 25% complete), 50% during active production (25-50%), 25% near late stages (50-75%), and no refund once 75%+ done (work-in-progress files delivered as-is on request). The % complete is tracked in your project's milestone tracker so it's transparent and verifiable. Gumroad refunds process in 5-10 business days; Upwork refunds via their built-in dispute system. Yes — every portfolio item is tagged with the tier that produced it (Starter / Standard / Premium / Custom Pro etc.) and, where the client allowed it, links to their actual stream / channel so you can see the model live in action. Filter the portfolio by service type to see only tiers in your range. For NDA / private clients we can't link out, but we keep watermarked clips of those builds and can share them privately during your quote conversation.

Three concrete protections: (1) For Upwork contracts, your deposit sits in Upwork's escrow — released only when you approve milestones, fully refunded if we ghost. (2) For Gumroad commissions, you can dispute through your card issuer / PayPal directly if work doesn't happen — Gumroad + the bank handle the chargeback. (3) Every active project has a public tracker URL (/track/) showing live progress + last activity timestamp. If we go dark for more than 30 days without explanation, the tracker reflects that and you have grounds for full dispute. We've been operating under animarts.studio with a public Discord since 2021 — feel free to check past clients in the portfolio and ask them directly.

Milestone-based, not arbitrary daily. For a typical 2-3 week Live2D commission you'll get: kickoff confirmation (Day 1), concept / sketch review (Day 3-5), rigging WIP video (Day 8-10), final delivery (Day 14-18). Every milestone is logged on your tracker URL with timestamps + screenshots. Between milestones we communicate via email / Discord — usually within 24 hours, often same day. If you need more frequent check-ins (daily standups, etc.), that's the Custom Pro tier where we set up a dedicated client Discord channel.

Upgrade — yes, anytime. Pay the price difference and we'll add the upgraded tier's features (more expressions, full body, additional revisions, etc.). Downgrade — only if work hasn't started on tier-specific features yet. E.g., you can't downgrade from Premium to Standard after we've already built the full-body rig. Best practice: book the tier you actually need from the start; if uncertain, book one tier down and discuss the upgrade once you've seen the kickoff concept.
